Yalibi is originally from The Democratic Republic of The Congo, Angola, and South Africa . Yalibi has been living in the U.S.A for the past 25 years. She been traveling around the World and, while traveling she nurture her artistic creativity by exploring and experiencing other forms of artistic expressions.

Yalibi earned her high school diploma from the famous " Académie des Beaux-Arts" of Kinshasa and other degrees in the USA.

She believes that everything must reflect cultural elements in order to speak to one's soul.
Grounding her inspiration primarily from the beauty of African fabrics, Yalibi embraces elements of all the other cultures she has encountered, and artistically fuses every original details into her creations.
